We blend predictive analytics, LLM emulation, and real-time data insights to help marketers understand how LLMs select and surface content—driving more qualified traffic, engagement, and revenue.

Role Overview

We are looking for hands-on experience in developing and designing user interfaces for our web-based applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design and development of user interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing. You’ll partner with CTO, Chief Data Scientist, product managers, and back-end engineers to translate customer-centric designs into responsive, accessible applications.

We value a developer who works with a designer mindset who embodies SaaS UX best practices— willing to participate in and assist in conducting user research to uncover pain points, simplifying onboarding with guided experiences, and architecting scalable, modular interfaces with clear information hierarchy. This person leverages personalization, micro-interactions, and data-driven optimization in a privacy-first, accessible approach, working closely with co-founders to iterate and prioritize improvements.

Key Responsibilities

UI Development & Integration

o  Build reusable, modular UI components with React, TypeScript, and state management (Redux, Context API)

o  Integrate front-end with middle-tier APIs (REST, GraphQL) and ensure seamless data flow

UX Engineering

o  Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) into production-ready code

o  Conduct user research, usability tests, and A/B experiments to refine workflows and interfaces

Design System & Accessibility

o  Develop and maintain a design system (Storybook) and style guides (CSS Modules, Sass, Styled Components)

o  Ensure WCAG accessibility compliance, responsive layouts, and cross-browser consistency

Performance & Quality

o  Optimize front-end performance:

o  Write unit and integration tests and maintain high test coverage

Collaboration & Documentation

o  Document UI architecture, coding standards, and best practices

o  Participate in agile ceremonies and mentor front-end engineers

Required Qualifications

Experience Level:

Mid-Senior (7+ yrs):

• 7+ years of hands-on front-end development with React, Angular, and other UI technology in production environments
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Understanding of SEO principles.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, Angular, CSS, HTML and state management libraries (Redux or Context API)
• Experience working with different API’s and integration.
• Deep understanding of SaaS UX design principles: user research, guided onboarding, progressive disclosure, modular scalable design, clear information architecture, personalization, micro-interactions, data-driven optimization, transparent ethical design, and feedback loops
• Proficiency in CSS-in-JS, Sass/LESS, and responsive design frameworks (Flexbox, CSS Grid)
• Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Vite) and package managers (npm, yarn)

Preferred Skills

·     Experience with middle-tier frameworks (Node.js/Express, .NET Core, Flask) for API collaboration

·     Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for front-end (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

·     Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma

·     Exposure working and deployment in cloud environment, Azure preferred.

·     Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, Design, or equivalent practical experience
