WorkStaff360 is a Canadian-based virtual staffing company with a global workforce. We're seeking a Director of Marketing to drive performance marketing, lead generation, and digital optimization strategies from our Islamabad office.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for someone who excels in digital campaigns, CRM systems, and data-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and streamline company websites for conversion, performance, and SEO

Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads

Manage CRM systems (preferably GoHighLevel or HubSpot) including pipelines, workflows, and automations

Optimize lead generation funnels, landing pages, and CTAs

Drive organic growth using AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, SurferSEO, etc.)

Track performance metrics and prepare reports for executive leadership

Lead team of designers, copywriters, and performance marketers (remote)

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

-7+ years of marketing experience with proven leadership

-Expertise in CRM systems (GoHighLevel or HubSpot) and marketing automation

-Google and Meta Ads certified or equivalent experience

-Strong understanding of SEO, funnel optimization, and analytics tool

-Familiarity with AI tools for content, campaign optimization, and market analysis

-Strategic thinker with solid execution and project management capabilities
