About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing & Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will lead and drive product and market development initiatives for Weld-On in Europe. This role owns the (1) identification of value chains by application segment, (2) development of product and positioning proposals to expand Weld-On’s opportunities, and (3) administrating the set-up of new customers through product support and set-up. The role will work closely with marketing, sales, and both current and potential customers.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in product marketing, channel development, and sales enablement. A track record of identifying market needs through field and customer engagement that leads to focused product and marketing efforts that drive product adoption is required. The right person will have experience in VOC driven value-based messaging and differentiated positioning. She/he will be able to create sales support and marcom materials to support the messaging and positioning to show customers the path to success with Weld-On. They will also have product management experience in driving requirements and commercialization activities for new products to meet market requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The position will be based in Europe with preference for candidates based in UK, Netherlands, France or Spain. Up to 35% travel is required (primarily in Europe).
