Compensation: $90K+ (CDN)
The Digital Marketing Manager executes and optimizes digital campaigns across paid media, email, and DTC channels. This role is focused on driving traffic, improving conversion, and supporting revenue growth through fast, data-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and email marketing channels
- Manage and support ecommerce initiatives across DTC platforms, including Shopify
- Partner with external agencies to oversee campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting
- Support the development of ad copy, email content, and landing page messaging to improve engagement and conversion
- Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR, and AOV, while identifying optimization opportunities
- Assist with media budget pacing and allocation to maximize efficiency and results
- Support and optimize Shopify landing pages and product pages to improve conversion rate and average order value
- Build and execute email campaigns and automated flows within Klaviyo, including promotional, lifecycle, and retention campaigns
- Support SEO initiatives, including keyword optimization, on-page updates, and coordination with agency partners to improve organic performance
- Maintain and execute against the DTC promotional and campaign calendar
- Manage workflows and timelines within project management platforms to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate with Brand, Creative, and Digital teams to ensure assets are delivered accurately and on time
- Conduct QA across ads, emails, landing pages, and promotional content prior to launch
- Pull, analyze, and summarize campaign performance data to support reporting and ongoing optimization efforts
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of digital or performance marketing experience
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, SEO tools, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads platforms
- Experience using AI tools to support marketing execution, content development, and reporting workflows
- Strong understanding of paid media, email marketing, and DTC performance metrics
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Experience with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is considered an asset
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
