🎯 Your Mission

As Head of Marketing, you’ll own and drive our entire marketing strategy—from brand positioning and product marketing to lead generation and revenue growth.

Your core focus areas will include:

• Defining and executing our go-to-market strategy for the corporate e-learning space
• Building and leading a high-performing marketing team
• Driving demand generation and pipeline growth through digital, content, and ABM strategies
• Partnering with Sales and Product teams to align messaging and market approach
• Developing a compelling brand narrative for enterprise clients

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in e-learning, HR tech, or L&D platforms
• Proven success in marketing to mid-market and enterprise clients
• Deep understanding of the corporate LMS/learning tech landscape
• Experience building and scaling a marketing team from the ground up
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset and a bias for action
