As we scale our impact, we’re seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Leader to spearhead growth and drive revenue – with a commission-based compensation structure that rewards your success.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial-minded Marketing & Sales Leader to build, execute, and lead our growth strategies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on results, enjoys a challenge, and wants to shape the trajectory of a growing platform. Your focus will be on driving B2B partnerships, expanding our B2C customer base, and establishing market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients and B2C customers.
Identify, prospect, and close deals with corporate partners, educational institutions, and individual users.
Lead and optimize digital marketing efforts (email, social, PPC, content) to generate inbound leads.
Collaborate with the leadership team to refine go-to-market messaging and sales enablement materials.
Track KPIs, sales metrics, and funnel performance, ensuring clear reporting and continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of accountability and target achievement, driving revenue growth month over month.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and community partners.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, business development, and/or marketing roles, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or similar industries.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a commission-based role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM tools, lead generation, and digital marketing channels.
Passion for mentorship, education, and impact-driven businesses is a plus!

Compensation:
