We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to support go-to-market (GTM) programs for Microsoft’s Security Partner organization, with a focus on SMB security products. This role combines project management, client engagement, and content development, helping bring Microsoft’s partner marketing initiatives to life across campaigns, assets, and storytelling.
You’ll manage multiple concurrent projects, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Microsoft and Inviso Marketing to ensure smooth execution, high-quality deliverables, and measurable results. The ideal candidate brings a mix of strategic thinking, organizational excellence, and creative writing skills—with a passion for technology and cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project execution for Microsoft’s SMB Security Partner GTM programs, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and approvals stay on track.
- Collaborate with Microsoft stakeholders, creative teams, and partner agencies to deliver assets and campaigns on time and within scope.
- Write and edit marketing content including partner-facing guides, one-pagers, blogs, presentations, case studies, and campaign messaging.
- Translate technical security product messaging into clear, value-driven stories for SMB partners and their customers.
- Develop project plans, communication trackers, and weekly status reports; proactively identify risks and resolve blockers.
- Partner with designers and SMEs to align deliverables with Microsoft brand and security solution messaging frameworks.
- Support GTM storytelling across channels such as email, web, digital ads, and events.
- Contribute to creative ideation, ensuring content resonates with SMB audiences and drives partner engagement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, content marketing, or integrated campaign management—ideally supporting large tech clients.
- Proven experience managing B2B marketing projects from kickoff through delivery.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to simplify complex technical topics (cybersecurity or cloud experience a plus).
- Strong client communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and feedback cycles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Security, SMB marketing, or partner channel ecosystems strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, or similar) and Microsoft 365 suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Compensation
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position is between $90,000 and $115,000 annually. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training, as well as Inviso’s differing lines of business. In addition to the base pay, Inviso provides access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, paid time off, paid holidays, among other benefits.
