User Interface Designer

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating mockups to present to teams, collecting feedback and creating a quality piece of work. This individual should be comfortable with building sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes to provide to project manners and inevitably execute based on outlined criteria. This candidate should have strong creative and design skills and be familiar with various design technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
• Design and implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and best practices.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs for enhanced user experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to integrate designs seamlessly into the product development process.
• Create design specifications and documentation to support developers during implementation.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure innovative and effective design solutions.
• Develop a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy that supports the company's digital assets and product goals.
• Produce high-quality UX design deliverables such as wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Design essential UI elements such as navigation menus, search functions, tabs, and widgets.
• Test UI elements, including CTAs, banners, page layouts, flows, and target links, to optimize usability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product design, focusing on both B2B and B2C markets.
• Prior experience with Saudi digital products is a plus.
• Proficiency in wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc, InVision).
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
