We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join us on a contract basis ($3,000–$5,000/month depending on scope and experience), with the goal of transitioning into a full-time role. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the content engine of a fast-growing, mission-driven platform. What You’ll Do

Content Creation & Strategy

• Write and publish weekly newsletters for LPs and GPs
• Create social content that highlights reviews, sponsor trends, and platform activity
• Draft blog posts based on podcast interviews and internal data
• Collaborate on podcast scripts, show notes, and marketing assets

Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze investor reviews to surface themes and insights
• Support quarterly “Top Reviewed Sponsor” report production
• Turn user-generated content into marketing collateral and case studies

Collaboration & Process

• Pull from internal libraries, databases, and transcripts to inform content
• Work cross-functionally with design, analytics, and leadership to ensure alignment
• Help evolve and maintain a consistent content voice for LPs and GPs

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of content marketing, journalism, or comms—ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, proptech, or real estate
• Strong writing portfolio spanning social, email, blog, and report content
• Comfortable turning data and transcripts into polished, insightful narratives
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or SocialBee
• Bonus: Knowledge of real estate syndications, private markets, or LP/GP dynamics

Compensation
