Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX designer with 5+ years of design experience to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the designs for multiple clients - taking wireframes and turning them into high-fidelity mockups that work for clients' sites.
• Oversee the design team’s day-to-day operations, providing creative direction and constructive feedback.
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and professional growth opportunities for junior designers.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency in all deliverables.
• Implement best practices for user experience and design across various platforms.
• Cultivate a supportive, innovative, and growth-oriented team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in eCommerce and SaaS environments.
• Mastery of Figma - creating style libraries, handover files, and responsive autolayout.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a commitment to nurturing team development.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and best practices.
• Ability to combine creativity with strategic thinking to drive impactful design solutions.
