Job Title: Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer

Inven Bioscience LLC is seeking a Senior Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer to turn marketing strategy into real-time, personalized customer journeys. This role will own journey development from requirements through launch and optimization, working closely with marketing, data, and technology teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or digital campaign execution, including 2+ years of hands-on work in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Strong understanding of journey logic, event triggers, decisioning, and personalization, with working knowledge of JSON, event payloads, and API-driven personalization.
• Hands-on experience building dynamic email templates using HTML and CSS.
• Experience integrating AJO with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce or Marketo.
• Adobe AJO or AEP certification preferred; experience in life sciences, healthcare, or other regulated industries is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Configure, test, deploy, and optimize personalized journeys and campaigns in AJO across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels.
• Partner with data and analytics teams to build and validate audience segments in AEP using real-time behavioral signals and profile attributes.
• Perform thorough quality assurance on journey components, including events, wait steps, personalization rules, and cross-channel triggers.
• Monitor journey performance, resolve execution issues, and refine logic to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Serve as the AJO subject matter expert, contributing to platform governance, best practices, and team upskilling.
