As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dynamic Senior Technical Project Manager & Presales Engineer to lead technical delivery and pre-sales functions, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients, sales, and technical teams.

Role Overview

This hybrid role combines technical project management and presales responsibilities. You’ll lead client discussions, design technical proposals, manage delivery teams, and ensure projects are executed with precision.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of hands-on experience in managing complex software development projects, preparing winning proposals, and communicating technical solutions confidently to clients and stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Project Management

• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple software and IT projects — from planning to delivery.
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Oversee Agile/Scrum processes and conduct sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Coordinate across design, development, QA, and client teams.
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and project status reports.

Presales & Proposal Development

• Collaborate with the business development team to analyse client requirements.
• Develop detailed technical proposals, RFP responses, and project estimations.
• Present technical solutions and architecture plans to prospective clients.
• Support bid defence meetings and client presentations with technical expertise.
• Translate client business problems into clear, scalable technical solutions.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Lead technical and progress meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Communicate project goals, updates, and risks clearly to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.

Team Leadership

• Mentor, motivate, and manage distributed technical teams across time zones.
• Drive accountability and excellence within the team.
• Foster collaboration between developers, designers, testers, and management.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Presales Engineer, or Solution Architect in software or IT services.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps processes.
• Expertise in at least one modern technology stack e.g. .NET, Java, Node.js, React, Angular, AWS, Azure, or similar.
• Proven experience in technical proposal writing, RFP/RFI responses, and solution scoping.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
