Role: Social Media Content Manager
Clients:
(1) Australian-based company specialising in high-end visual marketing for the property sector, delivering photorealistic renders, animations, branding and marketing assets that help property developers bring projects to life.
(2) Boutique project marketing and property sales company
-Remote / Outsourced Virtual Assistant
-15–25 hours per week (flexible)
-Long-term role with opportunity for expansion
-The role manages and grows the social media presence of Maddison House and Maddison Road.
The role manages and grows the social media presence of Maddison House and Maddison Road.
Responsibilities include creating engaging content, managing social channels, and defining the social voice and visual identity of both brands. The role uses a large existing library of assets including architectural renders, animations, and development marketing content.
-Content Creation
-Asset Utilization
-Brand development
-Community Engagement
-Manage Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts
-Plan, schedule and publish 5–7 times per week for both Maddison House and Maddison Road (10-14 posts per week)
-Create engaging content including reels, short‑form video, carousel posts and motion graphics
-Repurpose architectural renders, animations and development visuals
-Define and maintain visual brand style across both companies
Qualifications:
-Strong experience managing Instagram-focused brands
-Proven ability to create high-performing reels and short-form content
-Experience with content creation tools such as: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, Final Cut or similar editing platforms
-Understanding of social media growth strategies
-Ability to create engaging content from existing assets
-AI Specialist
-Comfortable working with luxury / premium brands
-Strong English communication skills
