Summary
You will be responsible for driving digital client acquisition for both existing and new products, owning end-to-end growth through strategic planning, hands-on execution, and rigorous data-driven experimentation. Your role is highly practical and outcome orient—focused on identifying, scaling, and optimizing digital and content marketing channels that deliver measurable results. You'll closely collaborate with product and business leads across markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies aligned with business goals—covering long-term brand growth, medium-term lead nurturing, and immediate lead generation
- Directly build, lead, and mentor a high-performance team across performance marketing, content, social media, events, and partnerships
- Leverage analytics rigorously for decision-making, performance measurement, and iterative testing to rapidly scale effective campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency and clarity in all marketing communications
- Forge strategic partnerships that generate mutual growth and opportunities
- Efficiently manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure profitable growth
Qualifications
- 8+ years hands-on experience in growth marketing, particularly within B2B technology or services, demonstrating measurable successes
- Track record in growth hacking, digital marketing, customer acquisition funnels, and performance marketing
- Proven ability as a hands-on contributor with a strong execution mindset
- Highly analytical, action-oriented leader with persistence and a relentless drive for problem-solving and pixel perfection
- Experience with campaign management tools (e.g., ActiveCampaign) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Exceptional communication skills, including precise content writing and clear interpersonal interactions
- Bonus: Practical familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Zapier, N8N, Python scripts, SQL)
