Position Overview
We’re seeking a strategic, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to elevate Intratem’s brand, engage current and prospective clients, and support business growth. This is a hands-on role ideal for a mid-level marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution. You will manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, lead content and PR initiatives, and drive visibility across digital and real-world platforms—all while aligning marketing efforts with company goals and performance metrics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Marketing & Campaigns
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Oversee digital, print, and event-based campaigns from concept to execution
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets efficiently across initiatives
- Analyze market trends and audience insights to refine campaigns and messaging
- Track performance across all channels and campaigns, using data to optimize future efforts
Digital & Social Media
- Manage and grow Intratem’s presence on LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Create and schedule engaging content (videos, posts, graphics) that aligns with brand voice
- Build and maintain brand and leadership personas across platforms
Content Creation & Brand Collateral
- Produce and coordinate blogs, white papers, case studies, newsletters, and one-pagers
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels
- Support the design and distribution of print and digital marketing materials
Public Relations & Awards
- Identify and pursue opportunities for industry awards and recognitions
- Research and pitch media outlets, blogs, podcasts, and speaking opportunities
- Draft and distribute press releases and manage relationships with press and media partners
- Enhance the company's public image through proactive and strategic brand communications
Client Marketing & Retention
- Create branded welcome packs for new clients (including swag and onboarding materials)
- Manage client newsletters, spotlights, testimonials, and review campaigns
- Identify and develop stories for case studies, PR features, and social proof campaigns
Events & Partner Marketing
- Research, recommend, and manage trade show and industry expo participation
- Coordinate all related logistics, booking, and promotional efforts
- Collaborate with channel/technology partners for co-marketing initiatives and content sharing
Website Management
- Maintain and update website content in alignment with marketing goals
- Lead redesign efforts including vendor coordination, project management, and creative direction
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience (MUST BE in telecom or technology).
- Must have at least 1 year of leading experience in marketing.
- Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing social media and content platforms (especially LinkedIn and CMS tools).
- Solid analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for performance tracking and reporting.
- Project management skills with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Must be familiar with WordPress or other website management platforms.
- Must have essential understanding of AI marketing tools and mechanisms
- Must have experience in organizing participation in Trade Shows from A to Z.
- Self-starter comfortable in a lean, fast-moving, collaborative environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Canva, Adobe InDesign, or Illustrator.
- Prior experience with joint marketing or content efforts in a partner/vendor environment.
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communication.
- Credible Certifications in Marketing.
