Instructional Designer :
Our client is hiring a skilled Instructional Designer to develop advanced learning and certification content for our partner enablement programs. This role focuses on creating engaging and effective educational materials for both business and technical audiences to validate skills and ensure readiness for complex solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning content, including online courses, webinars, study guides, and practice tests.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform complex concepts into accessible and engaging learning modules.
- Create comprehensive certification preparation materials for both business strategy and technical implementation tracks.
- Ensure all content adheres to industry standards for validity, reliability, and legal defensibility.
- Support the development of company-level badging infrastructure and certification exam materials. Partner with program managers, UX/design, and technical teams to deliver cohesive and scalable learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience designing instructional content for both technical and business audiences, preferably within enterprise SaaS, AI, or messaging domains.
- Strong foundation in adult learning principles, assessment design, and certification best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize input from diverse stakeholders and SMEs.
- Experience utilizing online course platforms, webinar delivery tools, and digital badge/certification systems.
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.

Required Experience:
5+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning content creation.
