This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
•Develop visually appealing and on-brand graphics for social
media platforms.
•Design graphics for but not limited to, electronic direct mail,
press ads, signboards, letterbox drops, flyers and business
documentation.
Autonomous Work:
•Ability to work independently and take ownership of design
projects from concept to completion.
Problem Solving:
•Address design challenges with creativity and find effective
solutions.
Organisation:
•Maintain an organised workflow to meet project deadlines and
manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Software Proficiency:
•Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
•Familiarity with Later is a plus.
•Familiarity with CRM programs is a plus (Mail chimp, active
campaigns and agentbox)
Copywriting:
•Essential experience in copywriting; collaborate with the
content team to ensure the fusion of compelling visuals
with impactful copy.
Adaptability:
•Stay updated on design trends and adapt to changes in the
social media landscape.
Requirements Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar
role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience in copywriting is a must.
• Adaptability to evolving design trends and social media
platforms.
Education and Language Skills:
•Hold a university degree in Marketing.
•Fluent in English
