We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Software Engineer with a solid foundation in backend development. In this role, you'll be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions that drive our products forward.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs
• Collaborate with Azure cloud services to ensure smooth deployment and scalability
• Perform comprehensive testing and debugging, and quickly address software issues
• Keep abreast of the latest industry developments and emerging tech
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to system architecture and design decisions
• Write clean, efficient, and reliable code following industry best practices
• Enhance the performance and scalability of backend systems to manage large-scale data effectively
• Maintain a strong awareness of fintech, crypto, and backend development innovations
• Develop secure, crypto-native products that support traditional financial functions such as payments and transfers

You Are a Good Match If You Have

• 5–7+ years of hands-on experience as a Backend Software Engineer, ideally within fintech or crypto sectors
• Expertise in backend languages like C#, Java, Scala, Go, or similar
• A strong security-oriented approach, with solid knowledge of concepts like authentication, authorization, SAML, API security, and encryption
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies, RPCs, and self-custody wallets
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
• Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure
• Understanding of DevOps methodologies and experience with CI/CD tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
