__Position: Sr. Growth Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the Senior Growth Marketing Manager will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for our company's entire web presence. In this pivotal role, you'll be the expert on all things website, driving its evolution to be a best-in-class platform for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure our website effectively supports our business objectives and delivers an exceptional user experience.
In addition to owning Interplay’s web presence you will also manage 1-2 direct reports. Previous people management experience is not required, but the desire to lead is!

What You’ll Do
- Website Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive website strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals. Define and prioritize the website roadmap, identifying key initiatives for growth, optimization, and improved user experience.
- Performance & Optimization: Own key website metrics (traffic, conversion rates, engagement, SEO rankings, etc.) and continuously analyze performance to identify areas for improvement. Lead A/B testing, personalization efforts, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
- Content & SEO: Collaborate with content and SEO teams to ensure the website is optimized for search engines and provides compelling, relevant content that attracts and engages our target audience. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
- User Experience (UX) & User Interface (UI): Champion the user experience on the website, ensuring intuitive navigation, clear calls to action, and a visually appealing and brand-consistent design. Work closely with design and development teams on UI/UX enhancements.
- Technical Oversight: Understand the technical aspects of website development and maintenance, including CMS management, front-end technologies, and integrations. Act as a key liaison between marketing and engineering teams for all website-related projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with marketing (digital, content, product marketing), sales, product, and engineering teams to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of website updates and campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Establish robust reporting mechanisms to track website performance, provide actionable insights, and present regular updates to stakeholders. Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure the website adheres to all relevant legal and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, accessibility guidelines).
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years specifically focused on website management and optimization.
- Proven track record of driving significant improvements in website performance metrics (traffic, conversions, SEO).
- Deep understanding of website analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing tools.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and technical SEO.
- Experience with various Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably including WordPress
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to advocate for user-centric design.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Results-oriented with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations and be residents of the United States.

Pay: $110,000 - $125,000 salary (depending on experience). There is no bonus compensation for this position.
