Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to lead the design of digital products and websites that deliver exceptional user experiences and drive business results. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to craft intuitive, high-performing, and visually compelling products. You will also mentor junior designers and help shape the design strategy for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design of web and digital products, from concept to launch.
• Create user-centered designs, including wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems using Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, Components).
• Ensure design consistency, usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across all devices and platforms.
• Apply UX best practices, conversion optimization principles, and data-driven insights to design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to foster team growth and design excellence.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design for web and digital products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and interactive components.
• Proven experience designing conversion-focused, high-performance websites or products.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, accessibility, responsive design, and usability heuristics.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRO, analytics tools, heatmaps, or usability testing.
• Motion design experience (micro-interactions, transitions, UI feedback states).
• Experience designing for WordPress, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and performance-led design principles.
