About The Opportunity

Join Internet Coaching Empire as a Digital Marketing Business Coach to lead high-impact coaching engagements that translate marketing strategy into measurable business growth. You will design and deliver bespoke coaching programs, audit client funnels, and guide founders and marketing leaders to implement paid and organic channels that drive predictable leads and higher conversion rates.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 and small-group coaching for founders and marketing teams—create actionable growth plans and hold clients accountable to milestones.
• Audit client digital funnels (traffic ➜ lead capture ➜ nurture ➜ conversion) and recommend prioritized, testable optimizations across paid and organic channels.
• Design and deliver training modules and playbooks on PPC, social ads, SEO, content marketing, email automation, and CRO—tailored to client KPIs.
• Support implementation with hands-on guidance: campaign setup, tracking (GA4, UTM), creative tests, and landing page improvements.
• Measure outcomes—define KPIs, build simple dashboards, report impact, and iterate coaching based on results and A/B tests.
• Drive client success and renewal by identifying upsell opportunities (advanced programs, done-for-you services, cohort-based courses).

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years in digital marketing with demonstrable results in paid/social ads, SEO, or growth marketing for SMEs or agencies.
• Proven coaching or training experience—1:1 coaching, group workshops, or cohort facilitation with measurable client outcomes.
• Hands-on familiarity with GA4, Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing page builders, and basic tracking/UTM setup.
• Strong analytical mindset—comfortable defining KPIs, interpreting performance data, and recommending testable hypotheses.
• Excellent communication and remote facilitation skills; ability to simplify strategy into step-by-step execution plans.
• Available to work India hours and deliver scalable remote coaching across time zones.

Preferred

• Experience with CRM automation (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) and building nurture flows that convert.
• Background creating paid-service offerings, online courses, or membership programs for coaches or agencies.
• Familiarity with conversion-rate-optimization tools and A/B testing best practices.
