We’re looking for a passionate, experienced, and results-driven Business Coach to work closely with entrepreneurs, founders, and small business owners. Your role will be to guide them in scaling operations, optimizing strategy, and achieving real business growth.

As a coach, you'll serve as a mentor, strategist, and accountability partner — helping clients gain clarity, confidence, and measurable results.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 coaching sessions to assess business challenges and uncover growth opportunities
• Build and implement customized strategies focused on sales, systems, team building, mindset, and scaling
• Analyze and help improve funnels
• Track client progress, ensure accountability, and deliver actionable feedback
• Lead group sessions, webinars, or mastermind discussions (if applicable)
• Stay current with market trends, tools, and business frameworks relevant to founders and service-based businesses

🧩 You’re a Great Fit If You Have

• Proven experience as a business coach, consultant, or startup mentor
• Deep understanding of sales funnels, digital business models, 1 on 1 funnels, webinar funnel or other types of funnels.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• A coaching style that is empathetic, results-focused, and motivational
• Ability to work across various niches (consulting, digital, fitness, e-learning, etc.)
