Software Engineer

Education: B.E. Computer Science/IT degree (or any other engineering discipline)

Shift Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM IST

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Position Requirements:

• Hands on experience using HTML5, CSS3, Git, XHTML, Workfront. JavaScript experience is a plus.

• Proven experience hand-coding HTML using semantic markup, the latest W3C web standards, and CSS layout / positioning

• Experience in creating email templates and newsletters

• Experience in creative development, should be able to crop, resize, slice images and create image assets

• Experience in front-end web design/development.

• Experience with designing and launching emails through a marketing platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent)

• Experience with designing and developing web-based applications for moderate to high traffic sites.

• Proficiency in managing data and data reporting

• Should be able to manage the seed list, resend logic and post launch reporting

• Ability to define and deliver high visibility projects in a timely manner

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) are also critical success factors in this role

• Prior Health Information Services Knowledge will be preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

• Creating email templates and newsletters for various promotional activities

• Creating imagery assets using Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma and should be able update the images as per requirement

• Performing email launches on Salesforce platform, should be able to work on seed list, resend, and post launch reporting

• Create cross-browser/device, fully functional web pages an email templates using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, while adhering to accessibility and W3C web standards

• Deliver integrated application components to Testing and Quality Assurance team.

• Serve as a technical liaison among technical, account, creative and content teams.

• Translate wireframes/PSDs into launch-ready, valid HTML/CSS

• Designing, coding, testing, defect management, and production support (in collaboration with various internal teams)

• Implement solutions to support bug fixes and enhancements

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility

• Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate timing and/or delays effectively with other stakeholders

• Should be able to communicate and triage with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced environment
