WFH Marketing Specialist for a Travel Cruise Industry
Location: Remote – US Hours
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week U.S. Eastern Time
Reports To: Director of Marketing

Position Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and well-rounded Marketing Specialist to support our growing digital marketing team. You’ll work across multiple marketing functions including analytics, campaign support, newsletter creation, ad copywriting, affiliate marketing, and more. You’ll also serve as a reliable backup for key marketing roles during absences.
Responsibilities:
Analytics & Reporting
- Run and compile reports from Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio
- Provide performance insights to support decision-making
- Intermediate in Excel (Pivot table)
Content & Campaign Support
Assist with creating ad copy and creative briefs for Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic channels
Create newsletters via HubSpot when the newsletter specialist is unavailable
Manage promotional updates when the promotions specialist is unavailable
Marketing Channel Support
Provide backup and light execution for:
Paid Search & Paid Social
Organic Social
Email Marketing
Affiliate Marketing
Marketing Operations
Draft and assemble co-op marketing proposals with cruise line partners
Respond to press and PR requests with templated or custom responses
Build and maintain media lists in coordination with the Director of Marketing
Qualifications
3–5 years of digital marketing experience
Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads
Familiarity with programmatic ad platforms a plus
Excellent written and verbal English
Comfortable with Zoom and remote collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Google Workspace)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience supporting multiple marketing functions or in a generalist role preferred
Excel (Pivot table) Manipulation
