1. Basic Qualifications
- Familiar with iGaming / Online Casino industry.
- Strong understanding of local marketing operations, social culture, player behavior, social media trends, and entertainment content preferences.
- Practical experience in the local iGaming market, capable of developing localized marketing strategies- tailored to regional audiences.
- Knowledge of local iGaming regulation and advertising compliance, and influencer (KOL) advertising regulations.
- Possess connections and resources across KOLs, media, advertising agencies, offline events, or sponsorship networks.
- Able to initiate and negotiate collaborations- with YouTubers, streamers, influencers, celebrities, or event organizers.
- Skilled in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance- (e.g., view counts, engagement results, live streaming hours, free spin redeems, social media follower growth etc.).
- Fluent in English- is required; proficiency in local language among South East Asian region or South Asia is preferred.
2. Scope of Work
- Provide market insights and strategic consultation.
- Develop brand marketing strategies and campaign plans.
- Deliver monthly reports- on local market trends and competitor analysis.
- Provide weekly recommendations- for creative materials, KOL collaborations, and optimization strategies.
- Assist with marketing execution and coordination, including communication with local agencies, media, and partners.
- Support local communication and logistics- for brand campaigns or exhibitions.
- Review the language, visuals, and cultural relevance- of promotional materials.
- Suggest potential co-branding or collaboration opportunities- with local entertainment or celebrity figures.
- Conduct performance tracking and evaluation, providing post-campaign reports and improvement suggestions.
Preferred Qualification:
1 having past working experience in igaming provider or online casino in SEA and marketing experience for 3 to 5 years
