Lead Data Scientist - Advanced ML/AI & Decision Intelligence
This role will focus on bringing advanced models like optimization and predictive models to a complex high velocity enterprize scale production systems, accelerating efficiency, accuracy, and adoption of enhanced solutions with business partners.
SKILLS:
• Experience in advanced analytics, decision science, applied AI/ML.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience deploying AI systems in cloud environments (GCP, Azure / Databricks).
• Deep expertise in at least one area of advanced modeling: predictive analytics, optimization, causal inference, or graph analytics.
• Strong demonstrated product thinking and agile delivery approach.
• Experience leading end-to-end AI-driven solution delivery: from data foundation to model orchestration to front-end adoption.
• Proven ability to translate complex ML and AI concepts into business impact, including stakeholder alignment and business value sizing.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and customer engagement skills, with a passion for building solutions that are intuitive and impactful.
Preferred Qualifications for both roles:
• Knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, or conversational AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, RAG).
• Experience with agentic AI systems for what-if simulations, conversational analytics, autonomous reporting, or decision support.
• Familiarity with Vertex AI and Google Cloud Platform, or equivalent enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience with UI/UX design, customer journey mapping, and design thinking (Figma experience is a plus).
• Background in healthcare or pharmacy analytics, with a strong interest in improving outcomes through intelligent decision systems.
• Knowledge of data observability, governance, and AI ethics to ensure trustworthy, transparent decision intelligence systems.
