Responsibilities:

• Develop and present innovative design concepts.
• Create detailed 2D/3D renderings and layouts using advanced rendering software.
• Collaborate with clients and the internal team to refine design ideas.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into projects.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
• Must own a car.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and design trends.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A portfolio showcasing expertise in 3D rendering and design concepts.
