Salesforce Project Manager – Fully Remote – 12 Month Rolling Contract

We are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company that is looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and optimise an existing Salesforce ecosystem. This is a key role within an established environment, focused on driving enhancements, managing ongoing releases, and aligning Salesforce capabilities across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds with evolving business needs.

This opportunity is ideal for a Salesforce Project Manager who thrives in complex enterprise environments and can manage multiple workstreams within a live production landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical consultants, architects, business analysts, and external vendors
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and executive leadership
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change requests in a structured and proactive manner

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Project Manager delivering enterprise-scale implementations
• Strong experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Experience working within the pharmaceutical is highly desirable
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to start ASAP
• C1 German Speaker
