Senior Director, Automation & AI Product Owner

• We are seeking a visionary and strategic Senior Director, Automation & Artificial Intelligence, to lead our company's journey towards greater efficiency and intelligence. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive automation and AI strategy that identifies opportunities, drives innovation, and delivers tangible business value.

Essential Functions and Tasks

• Develop a long-term vision and roadmap for automation and AI integration.
• Establish product development process for automation and AI solutions across all business units.
• Build and maintain Automation and AI roadmap through development and grooming of product backlog.
• Define and implement a methodology for evaluating ROI of potential initiatives.
• Measure, track, and report the success of automation and AI initiatives, demonstrating return on investment (ROI).
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of automation tools and AI platforms.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions that address critical business needs.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of automation and AI specialists.
• Partner with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between automation & AI initiatives and overall business objectives.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across teams (engineering, data science, product management, etc.) to drive successful AI adoption.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automation and AI technologies and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Develop and implement ethical guidelines for the responsible use of AI.

Education and Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in automation, technology product development, IT operations, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• 10+ years of experience in automation, technology product development, IT operations, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing automation and/or AI projects or related technology experience.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, and deep learning (a plus).
• Experience in evaluating and selecting automation tools and AI platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making with a focus on ROI.
• Proven ability to champion change management initiatives.
