Remote: Project Manager (Salesforce, AI, Clarity, Jira)

IntePros is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join our global pharmaceutical services client. This person will lead and execute major technology initiatives across the enterprise. This role will be responsible for project planning, resource coordination, risk management, and effective communication with functional leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience with tools like Clarity and Jira, prior Salesforce exposure, and an interest or background in AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, validate, and manage detailed project plans to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Utilize standard project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to drive successful outcomes.
• Coordinate internal and external resources across functions to support project execution.
• Provide clear and concise project updates to leadership; flag and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management staff to interpret specifications and align project plans accordingly.
• Drive consensus among stakeholders on project scope, task execution, resource needs, and issue resolution.
• Manage project budgets, establish financial controls, and track progress against financial targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues when needed.
• Support resource allocation, cost forecasting, and schedule adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit leaders, portfolio managers, vendors, and consultants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Clarity and Jira.
• Salesforce experience required; familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; confident presenting to groups.
• Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of project financials, budgeting, and performance measurement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and familiarity with development lifecycle tools.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and application development environments, including mainframe, midrange, network, and desktop technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities.

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale IT projects.
