IntePros is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in transformation initiatives, particularly within HR PMO environments. This role will be responsible for coordinating organizational design workstreams across Operations, partnering closely with country leads and Senior HRBPs, and ensuring alignment with broader HR and Operations projects. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in project management, applying tools, methodologies, and best practices to guide planning, execution, and delivery. This individual will facilitate collaboration across global time zones, manage interdependencies, and ensure that project objectives, requirements, and constraints are clearly understood by all stakeholders.
