Remote: Operations Organizational Design Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across organizational design workstreams within Operations.
• Partner with country leads and SHRBPs to align timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies with other HR and Operations projects.
• Apply project management knowledge, tools, and processes to support effective planning and execution.
• Collaborate with sponsors, business owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and requirements.
• Manage program schedules, reporting, and resource planning.
• Serve as the liaison between project teams and stakeholders to drive progress and accountability.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure continuous advancement across time zones.
• Lead project meetings, track progress, and deliver status reports.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Operations and HR-related processes.
• Proven track record managing complex change management and transformation projects.
• Experience leading multiple, integrated projects with measurable success.
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and discretion.
• Experience partnering with Operations teams and working across global time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industries.
• Certification or degree in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) preferred but not required.
