IntePros is seeking a UX Designer to join our client and design data-driven, intuitive experiences across complex, multi-product ecosystems. Ideal candidates have experience with B2B or B2B2C tools—particularly CRMs, financial platforms, operational portals, and data-heavy products—and are skilled in applying design systems across varied interfaces. Salesforce (especially Lightning) experience is a strong plus. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally from discovery to delivery to create scalable, user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive UX and product design across the entire product lifecycle, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to create seamless and effective user experiences across a multi-product ecosystem.
- Support and help evolve the product vision by contributing to the development and consistency of a growing Design System and experience architecture.
- Apply human-centered design methods to shape product strategy through user research, usability testing, and feedback loops.
- Conduct and collaborate on field research—designing screeners, developing test scripts, analyzing results, and identifying usability issues through heuristics and design principles.
- Create clear, compelling UX artifacts including task flows, user journeys, process diagrams, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design ideas and new product concepts.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure visual polish and UX fidelity throughout the build process.
- Contribute to the identification, replication, and alignment of features across products with different UI conventions, ensuring a scalable, consistent experience.
- Advocate for inclusive design and accessibility at every stage of the design process.
- Solicit and provide actionable feedback with design peers and stakeholders in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of UX design experience for enterprise software, CRM SaaS products, or other complex tools.
- Strong experience designing for data-heavy environments, including data visualization and charting interfaces that enable smart, efficient decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in delivering scalable, global UX solutions in B2B or B2B2C contexts.
- Expertise simplifying complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
- Proficiency with Figma for designing, collaborating, and prototyping.
- Proven ability to translate research insights into actionable design improvements.
- Deep understanding of human-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Skilled in writing clear, concise design documentation and articulating specs for development.
- Strong communicator with the ability to present concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio or PDF demonstrating your design thinking, craft, and impact required.
Preferred Experience
- Designing for operational or staff portals, financial products, and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and Microsoft Fluent design systems.
- Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
- Designing within and contributing to design systems across multiple product surfaces.
- Comfort with iterative design, remote or unmoderated testing tools, and agile workflows.
