Project Program Manager II
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Program Manager II to support mission-critical field operations for a rapidly evolving robotics systems deployment initiative. This position requires hands-on project coordination, deep technical comprehension, and high travel availability to ensure operational excellence in dynamic environments such as warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and field sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee full-cycle project/program execution—including scheduling, resource allocation, and status reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Conduct on-site assessments to resolve technical clashes using CAD drawings and 3D clash detection tools.
- Guide the troubleshooting and testing of robotics or complex mechanical-electrical systems through various lifecycle stages including live order testing, site acceptance testing, and operational readiness.
- Use data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) to track project progress, drive decision-making, and communicate outcomes to upper management.

Skills & Experience Required
- 3+ years’ experience working on technical systems (mechanical, electrical, IT networked, or software).
- 2+ years reading and interpreting CAD drawings and resolving on-site issues using 3D clash detection reports.
- 2+ years in field-based roles within construction, manufacturing, or warehouse settings.
- 1+ years' hands-on robotics systems troubleshooting including handoff validation and performance monitoring.
- Experience with BI reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to travel 75%–100% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical knowledge of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, HTTP).
- Prior experience in highly mobile roles (50%+ travel).
- Demonstrated use of data to influence project outcomes.
- Familiarity with LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies (certifications a plus).
- Ability to take initiative independently when presented with operational challenges.
