- Manage all technical aspects of our WordPress site using Elementor and custom theme files (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Act as primary developer and project manager for all website task tickets, from small edits to large initiatives (e.g., UX enhancements, new page builds, display troubleshooting).
- Ensure alignment with SEO best practices; serve as the primary liaison with our SEO vendor, translating insights into actionable on-page and structural enhancements.
- Implement and maintain best practices in technical SEO and on-page optimization based on vendor recommendations.
- Oversee website health, accessibility compliance (WCAG), Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness across devices and browsers.
- Work closely with the full marketing team to create landing pages, optimize blog content for SEO, and implement content updates.
- Collaborate with IS and IT colleagues as needed to effectively manage site security, plugin updates, uptime monitoring, and backups.
- Build and maintain WordPress or HubSpot dashboards for weekly reporting on site performance, traffic trends, and conversion funnel activity.
- Track and refine GA4 tagging and behavior insights; manage integrations with tools like Crazy Egg (heat mapping) and HubSpot (content engine).
- Research and implement advanced functionality (e.g., new media integrations, custom forms, styling fixes).
What You Bring

- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Experience using Elementor.
- Proven knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical and on-page implementation (keyword research provided by vendor).
- Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, GA4, Crazy Egg, HubSpot, and native WordPress analytics.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and troubleshoot independently.
- Consistent ability to complete tasks within defined timelines, including frequent rush requests.
- A proactive approach to communication and collaboration to continuously elevate InteLogix’s web presence.
- A strong eye for detail with a user-first mindset and a passion for UX optimization.
- Commitment to maintaining brand standards and consistency.
- Applicants should be amenable to work on a graveyard/nightshift schedule following EST/CST Timezone (9PM to 6AM PHT).
