Summary
Senior Product Managers at Intellum lead major product areas, working closely with customers, client-facing teams, engineering, and design to deliver solutions that drive client value and align with our strategy. They bring business and user research into decision-making and provide leadership and mentorship to other Product team members.
In this role, you'll research user needs, competitors, and market opportunities to prioritize initiatives with the highest client impact. Once prioritized, you'll guide solutioning, prepare initiatives for development, and collaborate with your pod to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to Intellum’s product strategy by developing a deep understanding of customer needs, our product, and the overall competitive landscape.
- Maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with platform strategy, customer needs, and internal input.
- Deliver roadmap initiatives that drive adoption, product/market fit, and ultimately lead to increased customer value and revenue growth.
- Conduct product research with clients and client-facing teams that focuses on understanding user needs, problems, and business goals.
- Analyze quantitative product usage data to inform decisions.
- Define user journeys and collaborate with design on wireframes, mockups, and ensuring solutions fit the defined value-based appetite.
- Work closely with Engineering to ensure feasibility and high-quality execution of product solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing on market research and competitive analysis.
- Ensure product quality through UAT, client feedback, and phased releases.
- Oversee release management, including beta programs, privacy/security reviews, and awareness of client change management drive successful feature launches and adoption.
- Contribute to pricing and packaging strategies.
- Identify and recommend product development process improvements.
- Share best practices and provide guidance to other product team members.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of SaaS product management experience with a track record of successful product delivery.
- Able to manage complex projects as well as multiple projects in parallel.
- Strong technical competence, ability to establish credibility with engineers and clients.
- Passionate about bringing solutions to the table, working in small, fast paced teams, has a desire to ship, and is comfortable in a growing, changing environment.
- Able to distill complex and ambiguous client input, isolating out the root problem.
- Proficient in data analysis with strong SQL skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver integrated solutions across multiple systems or across a wide range of complex technologies.
- Proficient technical skills including APIs, HTML and CSS, Authentication (OAuth, SAML, etc), and third party integrations.
- Strong client presence and internal communication skills across all mediums.
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple ongoing projects in parallel.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
