UX Designer

Detailed Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to gather insights and understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of our users.

Translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.

Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to propose and communicate design ideas.

Design high-fidelity user interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and aligned with our brand guidelines.

Perform usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.

Collaborate with product teams to ensure that designs are implemented according to specifications.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Experience with conducting user research and usability testing is highly preferred.
