Job Title: Student Ambassador Program Manager
Location: Remote Candidates in East Coast preferred.
Duration: 4 months, possible extension
Contract Type: W2 only
Pay Rate: $47.24/Hour
Overview:
- We’re looking for a strategic and highly organized Program Manager to lead day-to-day operations and planning for Client's Student Ambassador Program. This person will own the support structure that enables ambassadors to thrive—managing their enablement and coordinating cross-functional content needs to help grow our student user base.
- The ideal candidate has experience in community building and/or managing an ambassador or advocacy program, and is energized by empowering young creatives. Familiarity with customer advocacy platforms (e.g., Influitive, Base) is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Ambassador Support & Enablement
- Manage a strong operational foundation for the Student Ambassador Program, including challenge troubleshooting, check-ins, and peer support escalation.
- Maintain a regular cadence of ambassador communications including office hours, newsletters, and virtual events.
- Coordinate and lead ambassador enablement, training sessions, and professional development opportunities throughout the academic year.
- Manage ambassador onboarding/offboarding processes, ensuring clear expectations and seamless integration into the community.
- Foster a thriving community by creating opportunities for connection, collaboration, and peer recognition.
Content Development &Resource Management
- Collaborate with the PMM team to communicate content needs and ensure timely development of student-facing materials.
- Own and maintain a library of branded templates, presentation decks, and promotional assets for use in workshops, tabling, and digital campaigns.
- Collect and curate ambassador-generated content to amplify student voices across internal and external Client channels.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Reporting
- Represent the ambassador perspective in key meetings with business stakeholders, marketing, and product teams.
- Own the planning and execution of Summer and Winter Institute virtual summits.
- Maintain documentation and dashboards to track engagement, impact, and program success.
Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years in program management, community building, or marketing—bonus if in B2C or Gen Z-focused environments.
- Proven experience building and/or managing ambassador, advocacy, or peer leadership programs.
- Experience with customer advocacy platforms (e.g., Influitive, Base) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage scalable programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and content development skills; ability to write clearly for both student and executive audiences.
- Comfortable using Adobe creative tools, particularly Adobe Express.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product marketing, creative, and external agency partners.
