Job Title: Sr Product Marketing Manager (Mobile App)

Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a strategic and collaborative Lifecycle Marketing Lead to drive engagement and retention for a leading mobile app. This role will define and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that keep both free and paid users actively engaged. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, growth, marketing, and creative teams to align efforts and deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the engagement and retention strategy for a mobile app, focusing on lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Develop and implement campaigns using push notifications, in-app messaging, and App Store optimization.
• Collaborate across product, growth, GTM, ASO, and social teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization, bringing clarity and direction across diverse teams.
• Use customer insights and product data to inform marketing strategies and improve user experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–7 years in product marketing, growth marketing, or GTM roles—ideally in mobile gaming or subscription-based apps.
• Strong understanding of mobile growth strategies and user engagement tactics.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing tools and techniques, including push notifications and App Store experimentation.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to connect technical solutions to customer value.
• Experience in both startup and enterprise environments, with a bias for action and scalability.
• Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., photo editing apps) is a plus.

Education & Tools:

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft productivity tools (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) is a plus.
