Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Mexico, Argentina, Columbia (100% Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (Aura and/or LWC).

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver high-quality code within agile teams.

Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules.

Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle including requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Work closely with Salesforce admins, architects, QA, and other developers to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, and support ongoing maintenance and enhancements.

Stay current on Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform updates.

Must-Have Skills:

4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong experience with Lightning Components (Aura and/or Lightning Web Components).

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript.

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

Familiarity with version control tools like Git and CI/CD practices.

Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and experience working with APIs.

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred).
