Job Title: Product Marketing Manager (Consumer / B2C)

We are looking for an experienced Consumer Product Marketing Manager to join a high-impact global marketing team. This role focuses on driving product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and consumer engagement for large-scale, consumer-facing digital products.
You will play a critical role in shaping how products are brought to market—leveraging consumer insights, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving campaigns that increase awareness, adoption, and engagement.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, brings both analytical rigor and creative thinking, and can influence stakeholders without formal authority.
Responsibilities
Influence and define product positioning, messaging, and narratives using data-driven consumer insights
Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including launch planning, success metrics, and integrated campaigns
Partner with cross-functional teams (product, research, communications, creative, policy) to align on strategy and execution
Drive consumer-facing product launches and marketing campaigns to increase awareness, adoption, and long-term engagement
Collaborate with brand and integrated marketing teams on advertising and outbound marketing initiatives
Analyze campaign performance and customer feedback to inform continuous optimization and product strategy
Lead complex, cross-functional projects and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
Present insights, plans, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Marketing, with strong exposure to Product Marketing
Proven experience partnering closely with Product teams to influence product strategy and positioning
Strong experience in consumer-focused GTM strategy development
Demonstrated success leading consumer product launches and campaigns
Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, communications, and policy teams
Excellent project management skills with ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong analytical skills with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance
Experience presenting to executive stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in technology or digital products industry
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Experience working across global or international markets
