Job Title: Marketing Planning Manager
Location: Seattle, WA; San Jose, CA; San Francisco, CA; Austin, TX (Ideally, 1 day/week onsite. Open to remote candidates willing to work in Pacific Timezone)

The Opportunity
- As a key member of the Strategy, Planning & Operations team, the ‘Marketing Planning Manager’ will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic execution across Client’s global marketing organization.
- Reporting to the Senior Strategy, Planning Operations Manager, this role supports expanded responsibilities across the team.
- You’ll manage core operational processes, coordinate strategic forums, and ensure seamless execution of initiatives spanning international teams. This high-impact role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and is passionate about bringing clarity and accountability to complex workstreams.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Execution
- Support development of holistic, cross-channel marketing plans for executive audiences across products, customer groups, and geographies.
- Drive planning, coordination, and execution of key business forums and strategic initiatives.
- Own and manage project master timelines, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and functions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones, demonstrating flexibility and cultural awareness.
- Act as a connector across marketing, digital, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and momentum.
- Proactively follow up on deliverables, track action items, and remove blockers to keep projects on track.
Insights & Enablement
- Support competitive marketing research and help translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with digital marketing and paid media teams to align operational plans with campaign execution.
- Maintain shared documentation and knowledge assets.
Tools & Communication
- Build and maintain presentations and trackers in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Support internal communications and meeting cadences to ensure visibility and engagement across the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, marketing planning, channel marketing, program/project management, or marketing operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to understand executive audiences and synthesize data, visuals, and narratives in the context of marketing plans.
- Strong project management skills: conceptualization, alignment, scheduling, resource planning, and delivery.
- Experience working with global teams and navigating time zone differences.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, paid media, and competitive research.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), project management tools, and collaboration platforms like Teams and Slack.
- Bonus: Experience in B2B marketing environments.
