Job Title: People Development Communications/ Marketing Project Manager
Location: Remote - USA
Duration: 12 Months
The project Manager will lead workstreams focused on consolidating and standardizing communications and processes across the team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced project manager who can deliver clean business copy on deadline to high-profile stakeholders. The PM should have excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to clearly communicate with proven experience working across multiple work streams and teams at once. The ideal candidate will also be a detail-oriented, get-things-done professional who can think strategically, work independently, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust with all levels of the organization. They will exhibit strong communication and planning skills, teamwork, motivation, and an upbeat attitude. This person will be highly organized, productive, poised, and able to thrive in high-pressure, time-sensitive scenarios, and able to adapt to rapidly changing requirements. Must-Have Skills
Strong written/editorial skills within internal communications (stakeholders, cross-functional teams, intern)
Track record of operating independently, being detail-oriented, demonstrating strategic thinking about trade-offs, setting clear expectations, and delivering results that meet established goals
Ability to think, plan, prioritize, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion, with careful attention to detail. Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines for ad hoc requests.
Nice-to-have Skills:
Marketing experience (creative agency management is a plus)

Responsibilities
Lead projects specific to the Go-to-Market transformation efforts across all internal comms and marketing
Create monthly Org newsletter to share information clearly
Draft and edit comms as needed with a focus on consistent voice and tone
Manage end-to-end key projects (technical and non-technical) from project initiation to project close
Define clear project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, success metrics and associated timelines
Run monthly Marketing POC meetings, tracking quarterly launches and owning the calendar
Manage and deliver ad hoc initiatives Ideal if the candidate has a marketing/ creative asset creation experience
Work independently and also through strong partnerships with colleagues in across various teams and organizations Bring in the right stakeholders (with guidance) to appropriate work streams to ensure cross-team alignment while also driving results Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions, and coordinate resources across multiple projects and teams Communicate key information, milestones, and deadlines to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:
4+ years experience in communications, strategy
4+ operations, consulting
Proven experience writing and editing business communications Project management
Experience leading complex projects end-to-end
Track record of operating independently, being detail-oriented, demonstrating strategic thinking about trade-offs, setting clear expectations, and delivering results that meet established goals
Strong editorial background with the ability to work on a deadline
Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient in gSuite, especially Google Slides and Sheets
Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
Ability to think, plan, prioritize, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion, with careful attention to detail. Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines for ad hoc requests.

BA/BS degree or equivalent, MBA or M.A. preferred
