Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join a high-impact team focused on helping small businesses grow through digital marketing. The successful candidate will support execution across marketing channels such as email, onsite, and digital ads. This role involves hands-on work with marketing automation platforms, campaign execution, QA, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Must-Have Qualifications
5+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (SFMC, Marketo, or similar)
Proven experience with digital marketing campaign execution (email, social, SEM, display, etc.)
Deep knowledge of email marketing best practices
Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance (QA) capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Project management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
Experience supporting global campaign efforts in multi-channel digital environments
Nice-to-Have Skills
Functional knowledge of SQL and AMPScript
Experience with basic landing page setup and content QA
Exposure to large-scale B2B or B2C digital marketing ecosystems
Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, but equivalent experience is acceptable
