Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager
Location: Remote - PST Preferred
Duration: 6-month contract to start with
We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and help shape how we tell our brand story across digital platforms. This individual will play a key role in crafting compelling brand narratives, leading full-funnel campaigns, and collaborating across teams to drive growth and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Brand Storytelling:
Champion the brand’s mission and positioning to boost awareness and drive business growth.
Ensure consistent voice and tone across marketing materials and channels.
Support messaging and go-to-market strategies for new feature launches.
Campaign Planning & Execution:
Help develop and execute full-funnel marketing programs across awareness, consideration, and engagement stages.
Manage timelines, workflows, and creative deliverables to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Measurement & Analysis:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and overall brand health.
Generate actionable insights to refine and optimize future campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with internal stakeholders and creative teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution.
Collaborate with external agencies to deliver brand initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
6-8+ years in brand marketing or brand management
Proven success executing brand strategies and full-funnel campaigns
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize marketing efforts
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA
Experience with tech or consumer brand management (e.g., CPG)
Background in creator/influencer marketing programs
Passion for sports, entertainment, music, and culture
