Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established FinTech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps that support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry.

This role sits at the intersection of Agile delivery, technical leadership, and execution ownership. You will not just facilitate ceremonies, you will own delivery outcomes, translate technical complexity into business clarity, and help teams ship high-quality systems in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.

We are looking for a technical delivery leader who can:

• Own end-to-end delivery: planning, execution, risk management, and outcomes.
• Engage deeply with engineers and architects to understand and translate complex technical issues into clear, concise business-level updates.
• Lead all Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, grooming, retros, reviews) with intent and discipline.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, and dependency maps.
• Identify and manage cross-team, cross-system, and cross-vendor dependencies.
• Surface risks early and drive resolution rather than escalation.
• Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term architectural health.
• Partner with product owners, engineering leads, QA, DevOps, and leadership.
• Recommend trade-offs and priorities based on delivery realities.
• Lead, mentor, and support engineers to drive execution excellence.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance team culture.
• Understand frontend, backend, and cloud technologies well enough to manage cross-layer dependencies.
• Adapt Agile practices pragmatically to fit real-world engineering and business constraints.

Qualifications

• 12+ years as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Technical Project/Program Manager.
• Strong, practical understanding of Agile / Scrum in engineering-heavy environments.
• Proven experience in delivering complex fintech or enterprise platforms.
• Solid technical background with hands-on exposure to: Java / Spring Boot, REST APIs & distributed systems, Cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Advanced proficiency with Jira (workflows, dashboards, reporting, dependency tracking).
• Excellent communication skills able to turn technical depth into executive-read.
• Ability to operate from big-picture strategy down to tactical execution.
• Strong ownership mindset, you drive outcomes, not just process.
• FinTech domain experience (payments, trading, banking, financial platforms).
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Prior experience in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.
• Certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, or PMP.
