Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with a focus on strategic analysis and insights
- 3+ years of experience in planning, running and optimizing paid display, paid social and programmatic campaigns.
- 3+ years hands‑on on Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms
- 3+ years of end‑to‑end campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across these channels
- Advanced proficiency with GA4, GTM, and data‑visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Qlik)
- Experience working with data lakes/warehouses (Amazon Redshift, BigQuery, SnapLogic)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Datorama).
- Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable growth strategies for global or multi‑market audiences, delivering measurable business impact
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative reporting skills; ability to craft compelling narratives from analytics outputs that link insights to potential ROI
- Passion for performance/growth marketing, self‑driven with a continuous improvement attitude, and eagerness to learn and scale into new advertising platforms and strategies
- Strong problem‑solving, project management, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Excellent level of English, both written and spoken
Will be a plus:
- Google Ads, Meta, or other relevant paid‑media certifications
- Salesforce and Marketing Cloud experience
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Strong background in statistical analysis/predictive modeling; proficiency in R or Python is highly desirable
