The Role

As a Senior Data Scientist on the Marketing team, you’ll play a central role in answering complex business questions, designing world-class measurement systems, and driving smarter marketing investment decisions.

You’ll partner closely with marketing, product, and data leaders to transform ambiguous problems into actionable insights, building end-to-end solutions that span data instrumentation, experimentation, modeling, and storytelling.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a fast-moving environment where your work will directly influence growth, revenue, and how marketing is done at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Own marketing experiments end-to-end, from design through execution and impact measurement
• Build and improve Python-based measurement and experimentation pipelines
• Partner with senior engineers and data scientists to evolve the data infrastructure and analytical tooling
• Create clear, high-impact dashboards and monitoring tools that surface what matters most
• Lead deep-dive analyses across performance, audience behavior, monetization, attribution, and data quality
• Translate complex findings into concise recommendations that influence strategy and budget decisions

What You Bring

• 2–3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative research (marketing or growth experience strongly preferred)
• Advanced SQL and hands-on experience working with large relational datasets
• Strong proficiency with Python and modern analytics / visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Redash)
• Deep understanding of statistical inference, experimentation, and hypothesis testing
• Bonus points for experience with geo experiments, causal inference, or synthetic control methods
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to tell clear stories with data
