Your Role

As an AI Software Engineer, you will:

• Develop & Innovate: Design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions, with a focus on machine learning, generative AI, and large language models (LLMs).

• Collaborate & Optimize: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into real-world applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.

• Mentor & Guide: Share your expertise with team members and help cultivate a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning and growth.

• Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and generative AI, applying new knowledge to drive innovation and improve existing systems.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a skilled professional and passionate educator with:

Basic Qualifications

•Minimum of 3 years’ experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning services in a production environment.

•Must live in the United States and be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

•Must send a Github or code depository or include the link in the resume.

•Proficient in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.

•Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis

•Skilled in designing, building, and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.

•Proficient with Git for collaborative development.

•Experience with unit and integration tests

•Entrepreneurial & go-getting spirit

•Excellent communication and presentation skills

•Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

•Time Management: Skilled in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

•Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, design, other devs)

Specialized Expertise in One or More of These Topics

•Deep Learning Fundamentals: Neural networks (RNN, CNN), mathematical foundations for generative AI.

•Generative AI Techniques: Transformers, attention mechanisms, ethical AI practices.

•Large Language Models (LLMs): Pre-training, fine-tuning, instruction tuning, deployment.

•Application Development with LLMs: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, OpenAI APIs.

•Multimodal Models: Text, image, and audio integration.

•Reinforcement Learning (RL): RL fundamentals, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).

•Generative AI for Images and Audio: Text-to-speech synthesis, GANs, voice model integration.

Preferred Qualifications

•Knowledge with agentic-LLM solutions

•Prior work with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.

•Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and AI deployment/serving tools (e.g., vLLM, Dynamo).
