IntelexVision is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in demand generation and revenue growth to lead the development and execution of marketing programmes. This individual will play a pivotal role in accelerating pipeline creation across all channels and driving measurable outcomes through effective use of digital platforms, event marketing, partner campaigns and email.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Demand Generation Strategy: Design, execute and optimise multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, events and partner channels to generate qualified leads.
- Channel Marketing: Collaborate with the partner manager, sales teams and channel partners to co-develop campaigns that support pipeline generation
- Event & Webinar management: Plan and execute global industry events, trade shows, and webinars to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Email Campaign: Create targeted outbound and nurture email campaigns aligned to the end user and partner personas, with a focus on conversion.
- Paid Media Strategy: Manage paid media channels including LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Website Management: Maintain and optimise IntelexVision’s WordPress-website with a focus on content creation, SEO and conversion optimisation.
- Marketing Budget Management: Own and report on the marketing budget, ensuring spend effectiveness across all initiatives and geographies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a B2B marketing role with a strong focus on demand generation and pipeline contribution
- Demonstrable experience across:
- HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
- Digital and paid media channels
- Email marketing and campaign nurturing
- End-to-end event management
- Website content management
- Marketing analytics, reporting and budget control
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or security solutions sectors strongly preferred.
