Integrow is a software startup, based in the United States, dedicated to unifying ERP and CRM solutions into one seamless platform. As we prepare for growth, we are seeking a Email Marketing Specialist who can ensure seamless email marketing activation for both internal and external efforts. This is an opportunity for someone who can own and optimize our email marketing strategy, from concept to execution and ideal for someone who’s as creative as they are analytical. An ideal candidate knows how to craft compelling emails that engage, convert, and nurture audiences, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment.

Role Overview:

As our Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement across all stages of the customer journey. You’ll manage both internal and external newsletters, oversee automation workflows, conduct A/B testing, and ensure our communications are always on-brand, timely, and impactful.

You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our email marketing efforts support lead generation, onboarding, retention, and overall growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, schedule, and deploy high-impact email campaigns — including newsletters, product updates, onboarding sequences, event promotions, and nurture workflows.
  • Write, edit, and proofread email content that reflects our brand voice and resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage email design and layout using HTML/CSS or drag-and-drop builders within ESPs (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
  • Audience Management & Segmentation
  • Maintain and grow subscriber lists through effective segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Ensure data hygiene and compliance with privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Ops to integrate CRM and email data for better targeting and automation.
  • Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, design, CTAs, and send times to improve open and click-through rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Use analytics tools and dashboards to report on KPIs such as engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Design and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement.
  • Continuously refine sequences to improve performance and align with evolving customer journeys.
  • Partner with design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all emails.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Product teams to ensure messaging consistency and timely communication of updates or offers.
  • Support internal communications through company-wide newsletters and updates.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools (SendGrid, Marketo, Mailchimp, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and conversion.
  • Understanding of email design best practices, responsive layouts, and accessibility.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM integration.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance reporting.
  • Knowledge of email compliance and deliverability best practices.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in lifecycle or retention marketing.
  • Basic design or HTML skills.
  • Experience with SaaS customer lifecycle strategies.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • Flexible work environment.
  • Working Hours: US Eastern Standard Time
  • Opportunity to build and scale a key marketing channel from the ground up.
  • A creative, collaborative, and mission-driven culture.
